Letter of Support

I have known Kaitlyn since she was born and also know the family. I have been friends with Kaitlyn's aunt since high school, more than 40 years ago. I have NEVER known any misdeeds, crimes, or criminal misconduct from Kaitlyn or her family. Her family have been kind and generous to me. The injustice done to Kaitlyn and her family makes me distrust the legal system in this county.

Letter from Mary Yoder's Sister

I am Mary Yoder's sister; Mary and I were the closest in age of eight children, and we were childhood companions, we shared a childhood bedroom, roamed the fields together, went off to college together, raised our sons together. Throughout my life, Mary was my best friend, my maid of honor, and in the years before her death we spent a lot of time together in artistic pursuits. She was a source of joy and love and support that was so beautiful I am at a loss for words to describe her. I'm not saying I was her best friend, she had many people she loved and who loved her, i’m only saying she was mine ...but she made me feel like I was hers.

Letter of Support

I have known Kaitlyn Conley since the day she was born, and I feel compelled to address what is a gross miscarriage of justice. Katie is not capable of hurting another human being as the prosecution laid out. This is a young woman who has spent her entire life caring for other creatures, human and animal alike. She has raised and cared for a variety of animals concurrently including horses, goats, chickens and chicks, rabbits, and even a herd of turkeys who think she is their mother. One of her various part-time jobs has been caring for a very cantankerous older woman who made that very effort difficult at best.

Letter of Support

I am writing in support of Kaitlyn Conley. I have known Kaitlyn since she was 14 years old. In the time that I have known Kaitlyn, she exhibited great character and showed great promise to be successful in any endeavor she pursued. I had the pleasure of having Kaitlyn as a student. Some of the details, in this case, have led me to believe that justice was not served. I believe in Kaitlyn's innocence and believe that multiple improper factors led to her conviction.

Letter of Support

I don't know Katie and I am not a legal expert, but I am intelligent enough to know when something seems a bit of After studying this case for quite some time, while it's been on the news and newspaper, I've noticed that there are alot of changes in stories by the husband and son of Mary Yoder, and the fact that as soon as she died, he's dating her sister. The son used the poison for his marijuana, Mary was an avid gardener.

Letter of Support

As a taxpayer for New York State and Oneida County, I severely disagree with both the process and the outcome of the trial for Kaitlyn Conley, who was found guilty of Manslaughter on November 7th, 2017. The information provided by the media throughout this case is enough to raise serious questions about our county court and justice system.

Letter of Support

I have known Kaitlyn A. Conley since the day of her birth as she is my cousin and best friend. The results of her case stunned me to the core and I am writing with the utmost formidable petition that she was wrongfully convicted. New York State owes her an overturned conviction because she is resoundingly innocent which the appeal process owes her.
